At this point, I rebooted normally re-installed Malwarebytes (to be able to generate the Log file) and ran a scan which again hung at scanning memory items. Again I used the Support Tool to clean the installation. I then ran a scan again while in safe mode and had the same problem. I then rebooted into safe mode with networking again to re-install Malwarebytes. I then restarted the computer in safe mode with networking and ran the Support Tool clean function again. I downloaded the Support Tool and ran the clean function and then re-installed Malwarebytes and had the same problem. The scan got hung up while scanning memory items (I waited about 5 minutes) and so I cancelled the scan. I was not able to open a CMD window with administrator properties on one of my computers and so I thought I would run a Malwarebytes scan.
